2-8-4 Nickel Plate Berkshire Steam Locomotive, 1 1/2" Scale

This finely detailed model is of the Berkshire type locomotive as built for the Nickel Plate Road by the Lima Locomotive Works in 1949. These were the last steam locomotives built by Lima and were a fine example of steam locomotive design during the "super power" era.
